Liability

Transactions on twelvesixteen.eu can only take place if you declare your agreement with the terms and conditions that apply to transactions on twelvesixteen.dk. To shop on twelvesixteen.eu, you must be at least 18 years old. Twelve.Sixteen, including owners, managers, and employees as well as partners, suppliers, and other involved parties cannot guarantee that twelvesixteen.eu will always be error-free and fully functional. Twelve.Sixteen cannot be held responsible for problems arising from the use of twelvesixteen.eu, e.g., issues with Internet connection or access or the use of outdated computers or programs. Twelve.Sixteen cannot be held responsible for problems such as delays or viruses that have occurred as a result of using email or downloads. Twelve.Sixteen reserves the right to any form of errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information that may have arisen in connection with updates and uploads on twelvesixteen.eu. Twelve.Sixteen is subject to the applicable laws and regulations regarding product liability in Denmark and the EU.

Order confirmation and payment. Once we have registered your order and payment information, you will shortly receive an email with your order number and the total order amount. We recommend that you print and save this message, which is your order confirmation. Payment can be made with Dankort, VISA, VISA/Dankort, VISA/Electron, JCB, Eurocard, Maestro, and Mastercard. When paying by card, your order will be subject to a fee corresponding to Twelve.Sixteen's cost to PBS for processing the payment. Payment will only be charged to your card when the goods are shipped.

The Anyday payment option is available for purchases of DKK 300 or more. When you choose to pay with Anyday, we will charge the first payment when your item is shipped. Subsequently, you will pay a monthly installment on the last business day of each month. The number of monthly installments starts from four months and may vary depending on your chosen payment plan. The size of each installment is determined by your total order amount, your chosen flex installment, and the specific payment plan you have selected. Remember, if you pay all installments on time, no interest or fees will accrue. Should you return your purchase, your agreement with Anyday will be automatically canceled. Delivery

The delivery time is normally from 2 to 3 business days. Delivery is made with GLS, freight forwarder, or Post Danmark or DAO. If no one is home at the recipient's address, GLS, DHL/post office will report the package for pickup at the local post office. Twelve.Sixteen assumes no responsibility for any extra inconvenience you may have with potential pickup of the goods. You are obliged to check that the item is delivered in unbroken packaging, and if this is not the case, to inspect the delivered item together with the postman. If there are deficiencies, a complaint must be made to DHL/post office, after which TwelveSixteen will replace any deficiencies as soon as possible. Furthermore, you are obliged to ensure that the shipment contains the ordered goods, and if this is not the case, to immediately – and no later than within 8 days – point out errors and/or deficiencies in the delivery to Twelve.Sixteen.dk via email. You cannot claim compensation for an incorrectly delivered item if the item has been used. Shipping costs and postage The shipping cost, incl. postage, depends on the size and weight of your order: - Orders of DKK 799.- or more, incl. VAT, are shipped free of charge in Denmark.

We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase on twelvesixteen.dk. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the ordered item(s), you can send them back so we receive them at our warehouse no later than 14 days after receipt and get your money back. If you choose to return an item, and the reason for the return is not a mistake made by TwelveSixteen, you are responsible for the shipping costs/return processing, you will receive a return package label that covers return processing per order. You get it through our return portal, it costs 39.- kr.

If you return an item due to defect or other complaint, twelvesixteen covers the cost of returning the item to TwelveSixteen.

Twelve.Sixteen pays the postage to send the repaired or new item back to you. Complaint items that are not returned through our return portal to Twelve.Sixteen will be rejected. Used complaint items must be cleaned, and clothing must be freshly washed when returned to TwelveSixteen. Unclean items will be rejected.

If you wish to return an item, it must be created in our return portal and sent with an attached return label, which costs 39.- kr.

You only need to include a copy of the original invoice so we can identify your order, and please note the original order number on the outside of the package. The faster we can identify your return package, the faster we can exchange sizes or credit your purchase. We always credit to the same account that the purchase was made with.

Return conditions: The product must be intact and in unused condition, and all original packaging must be included. We do not refund used or damaged goods.

If you have received a free product in connection with your purchase, a refund of the order will only take place if all items that caused the free product to be included are returned. This is to ensure that promotional and campaign terms are adhered to.

When returning products, they must be in original packaging and appear new and unused. If the returned item is not in original packaging, we will deduct 39.- kr for repackaging per product.

Return label/order processing costs 39 kr. will be deducted when crediting per order. 

If we are out of stock of the size you wish to exchange for, you will be charged return shipping. However, if you wish for a different model, it is possible.

Return deadline

Twelvesixteen must have received the item at our warehouse no later than 14 days after receipt. Alternatively, the customer must inform Twelve.Sixteen in writing (by email) no later than 8 days from receipt of the item that you wish to exercise the mentioned right of return. During the Christmas period, we extend the deadline. All items purchased between December 1 and December 31 must be received at our warehouse by January 15 of the following year.

Return policy before you make a purchase of sale or discounted items. Generally, stores and business locations may have different policies for returning and refunding sale or discounted items. It is common for discounted items not to be refunded in cash, but instead a voucher is issued.

Twelvesixteen issues a voucher which allows the customer to use this amount they have spent on the returned items for a new purchase at Twelvesixteen's shop - return, minus return shipping of 39.-kr  

Shipping costs for returns: The costs for returns are paid by you, unless the return is due to an error on Twelve.Sixteen's part. Refund You will receive the item amount back, but the original shipping costs will not be refunded. The amount is credited to the payment card/account you used for the purchase.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, Twelve.Sixteen.dk will of course refund the shipping costs, both for the original delivery and for the return. This is done through our return portal. You use our return portal and fill in the fields. Use the package number and your email, you fill in the fields, with a brief description of the error. We will credit the purchase to the same account it was purchased from. Packages sent to Twelve.Sixteen by cash on delivery will be refused. We ask you to send an email to our customer service and make arrangements for the item to be returned. Remember to keep your postal receipt or track and trace number as documentation that you have returned the item. Credit period, payment card As soon as TwelveSixteen has processed your returned items at our warehouse, usually 4-7 days after receipt, we will refund the amount to your payment card company, which will then credit your account. Note that crediting via credit card can take up to 14 business days before you have the amount in your account, before the amount is again available in your account. This is due to processing time at our warehouse, as well as repayment through quickpay.

The return process can take up to 14 days before the refund is issued.

Day 0: All return items must be registered in our return portal and sent with the shipping label you receive by email. (The return package will be delivered.)

Day 1-7: The return package arrives at the distributor's sorting depot. Package tracking may stop here for certain distributors.

Day 8-14: The return package arrives at our warehouse and is processed. Once our warehouse has received the product, it usually takes 4-7 days after receipt for the amount to be credited to your payment provider. 

Day 14: The refund is processed and the return receipt is sent via email. We always credit the amount to the same card used for the purchase.

Once we have credited the amount, it usually takes between 2-5 banking days before the amount is visible in your account. In very rare cases, it may take up to 10 banking days, depending entirely on the payment method and your bank.

Colors and Sizes We cannot be held responsible for minor differences in colors or sizes on our website. Such differences are not considered a Twelve.Sixteen error and will not trigger a refund of costs, either in connection with the original shipment or the return.

Product Specifications

Twelve.Sixteen assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of measurements and weights compared to your own. The weight and measurements, etc., provided on the webshop are the manufacturers' specifications. If a product does not meet expectations in these areas, the standard 14-day return policy applies to our stock. Security when purchasing: It is safe to shop at twelvesixteen.dk. Twelve.Sixteen servers use advanced encryption technology called SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). This means that only Twelve.Sixteen's computers can read the information on your payment card. Once our security servers have received the information from your payment card, it is sent directly to the bank in encrypted form, and it will never be stored or kept by Twelve.Sixteen. Payment by credit card is done in accordance with the laws and regulations for online payments in Denmark. Once you have completed an online payment, you will receive an order confirmation via email. We recommend that you save it. If a third party misuses your payment card, you are not liable for the misuse unless you have violated the rules for using payment cards.
